He never spends much time discussing the three most important questions, "What is your product or service?", "Who are your customers?" and "How will they find you?".

If your website loads slow, locks up, returns errors or your navigation is cumbersome, potential customers will quickly move on to a website where they can find what they want without hassles. More importantly, your website must immediately and clearly display the business you are in and project the image that you can provide a solution to their problem. If it takes more than three seconds to tell from your opening page what your product actually is, you have most likely lost a potential sale.

Beautiful graphical designs are nice to look at but do not sell products or find new customers if these basic principals are not followed.
