We are authorized agents for the top rated group health insurance plans Nationwide.  We offer a wide variety of plans including HMOs, PPOs, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs).  HSAs can be offered with high deductible health plans.  Our benefit specialists can combine high deductible health plans with HMO or PPO plans to offer the right combination to reduce premiums.  We assist in educating employees to help them determine which plan best meets their needs.

Group Dental
We offer affordable dental plans with great benefits that can be employer or employee paid.  Kahn-Carlin represents many trusted insurers for both Nationwide PPO and DMO dental plans.  PPO dental plans offer a variety of choices in deductibles, co-insurance and annual benefit maximums along with 100% preventative coverage.  Our DMO dental plans offer coverage on a fee for service basis with no annual maximums and no waiting periods for major dental work.  We pride ourselves on matching a quality network, quick claims service and a solid product that matches our client’s needs.

Group Life & AD&D
Employees consider group life insurance an important benefit.  Millions of Americans are underinsured and this coverage is an affordable option for employers to offer peace of mind for employee’s families in the event of pre-mature death.   Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) provides additional coverage in the event of an accident or dismemberment (i.e.:  loss of limb) Coverage can be based on a flat amount for all employees, a multiple of earnings or a combination of both.  We offer liberal levels of guaranteed issue coverage for groups with benefits that can be fully portable.

Group Short Term Disability
Short Term Disability plans provide income replacement that integrates well with Long Term Disability benefits.  This coverage provides a weekly benefit and helps employees continue to pay bills when they become disabled due to a sickness or non-work related injury.  Short Term Disability benefits typically last no more than 13 weeks.  A range of coverage is available from National carriers on a guaranteed issue bases for most groups. 

Life Insurance
Life Insurance provides protection for your family’s and your business’s future in the event of your death.  We want you to make the most informed decision possible to protect your financial security.  Our life insurance professionals will help you select the right type of coverage with the right amount to protect you adequately over the long-haul.  We offer term life, whole life, universal life and variable life products.  We also offer guaranteed issue individual life plans for up to $50,000 in death benefit.

Long Term Care Insurance
We make long term care insurance easy to understand so you choose the right coverage for your needs.  This coverage provides a benefit to pay for nursing care, either in your private home or in a nursing facility, in the event you lose two or more of your daily living activities.  Daily living activities include bathing, dressing, transferring in and out of bed or a chair, eating, toileting and continence.  Benefits would also be paid if you suffer a severe cognitive impairment.  Benefits are available on a daily or monthly basis.
