My career as a computer specialist spans a period of over 40 years.  Beginning with the Burroughs Corporation in 1966, I worked my way through the industry first as a hardware Engineer and later as a Systems Analyst and Software Developer. I started my own company in 1972 specializing in business accounting systems and hardware maintenance. Throughout the seventies, I developed custom business applications. One of my clients was the Fontainebleau Hilton Resort in Miami Beach Florida. Working with the hotel controller, I developed an extensive back office system of inventory control, prepaid accrual and beverage tax accounting that was in use at the hotel for nearly 15 years. Throughout the seventies, eighties and nineties, we developed specialized computer software for building supply companies, wholesale distributors, hotels, city governments and scores of other business applications.

In 1998, I sold my software company to a group of investors.  My reputation as a successful businessman coupled with my knowledge of computer applications had allowed me to concentrate on what I enjoy most, helping other small business men & women utilize technology to become successful.

About the same time, my wife Judy became interested in the residential real estate business.  She had been a key sales and support manager in my company and her dream was to own a business of her own.  Together, we researched the real estate industry and quickly came to the realization that the Internet was opening a tremendous opportunity for real estate agents. In 2000, this was a radical idea with only a handful of agents experimenting with small websites.

Over a two year period, I attended technical classes in graphical design, website navigation, usability, search engine optimization and database integration. When necessary, I sought out experts and paid them to personally mentor and advise me in each of their disciplines. Eventually, we created three interlinked websites that would cover nearly every relevant Internet real estate search term for our geographical area.  We continued to experiment with our Internet marketing, enhancing and adjusting our web presence to address the needs of an ever-expanding customer base.

Today, Judy's websites have helped to make her one of the most successful Realtors in Central Florida.  She is a member of the Coldwell Banker President's Circle, which is limited to the top 7% of Coldwell Banker Agents worldwide. Her Internet presence is unequalled and her websites bring in a steady stream of buyers and sellers. Interesting enough, most of her Internet information requests come from luxury homebuyers looking for homes over $500,000 and her sales have continued to increase  even through the housing crisis and worst economic decline in 50 years.

Using our success in real estate marketing as a springboard, I expanded my website design and consulting business to clients in other industries.  This website includes a portfolio containing samples of some of my most successful projects.  They include attorneys, service companies, wholesale distributors, accountants, manufacturers, artists and a wide array of real estate related businesses.

My knowledge and experience is available to you as a business owner.  Most Internet professionals are graphic artists or programmers.  I am both, but I also have extensive experience as a small business owner, Internet marketer and entrepreneur and in just plain "making the phone ring".
